Mr. Dinesh Munot – Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Dinesh Munot ( B.E.(Elec.), M.I.E.) is a Professional Engineer over 35 years of experience in the automotive industries . In the year 2010 , he took charge as Chairman & Managing Director of ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd . He was Elected as President of Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India ( ACMA). He was bestowed with " Lifetime Achievment Award " from Nagar Road Industry  Chamber of Commerce , Pune in Oct.2008.

Mr. Jinendra Munot – Jt. Managing Director

Mr. Jinendra Hirachand Munot is B.E.(Mech), M.S.(Mech)USA, AMIE (India). He was General Manager of this Company for two years and at present Jt. Managing Director of the Company from November 2, 1994. He won the ‘India’s Champion Corporate Golfer’ organized by the DS Group- Economic Times Leaders Challenge Tour, during the year 2008-09. He has more than 30 years of experience in Automobile Industry in various capacities.

Mr. Utkarsh Munot – Executive Director

Mr. Utkarsh Munot, is Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from the North Eastern University, Boston, USA. He also holds Diploma in Business Administration form the same University.  Mr. Utkarsh Munot was working as ‘Manager-Works’ in the Company since May 14, 2004. He has been appointed as Executive Director of the Company from November 1, 2006.  He has been taking keen interest in various activities of the Company and his efforts/ contribution has been appreciated by the senior management.  Mr. Utkarsh Munot is also a Director in Emtech Solutions Pvt.Ltd.

Mr. D. S. Bomrah

Mr. D.S.Bomrah is a Mechanical Engineer. He is the member of the Society of Engineers- U.K, and SAE International. He has vast knowledge and experience in Automobile Engineering. He has held Senior Positions in well known Indian Industry like Telco, Hindustan Motors Machine Tools India, Jayahind Sciaky, Kinetic Engineering  Kinetic Motor Company. Presently, Mr. Bomrah is the Chairman in Ravjeet Engineering Specialities Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Manish Motwani

Mr. Manish Motwani holds Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from University of Hawaii at Manoa and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Osmania University. He has also received Stanford Certificate in Engineering Management Sciences (EMS) from Stanford University. He has worked with Intergraph Corp., U.S.A & Sun Microsystems, U.S.A. Currently he is holding the position of Managing Director in Kinetic Communication Ltd. and JHS Taigene Electrical Co. Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Dinesh Bothra

Dr. Dinesh Bothra, is B.Tech form IIT, Delhi. He has also done his M.S and Ph.D. from U.S.A. Dr. Bothra is having rich experience in the area of Bio-technology and environment pollution control. he has worked with the Premium Beverages, U.S.A. as process and Quality Consultant. He is associated with ZF India since 2000.

Mr. Carl Magnus Backlund

Mr. Carl Magnus Backlund, 37, holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Technical University, Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Backlund also did Business Administration from SUNY, Albany, NY.

Mr. Backlund joined ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 1998 in the Commercial Vehicle and Special Driveline Technology Division and worked in different positions and plants in Europe. From 2008 until April 2011 he worked in the Corporate Development department of ZF Group. Since April 2011, he is Vice President- Corporate Development and Strategy at ZF Lenksysteme GmbH. Other Directorships held in India-  ZF Lenksysteme India Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Ludwig Rapp

Mr. Ludwig Rapp, nominee-director from ZFLS Germany, the foreign collaborator, holds a degree in Engineering and Economics. He joined ZFLS Germany in 2002. Mr. Rapp is Vice-President - Hevy Trucks Steering at ZFLS Germany. Mr. Rapp has rich experience in the field of engineering and logistics. He has also worked in the position of General Manager at Elring Klinger- plant Dettingen. Mr. Rapp has also worked for Standard Lorenz AG,Mannheim. Mr. Rapp is also Director in ZF Heavy Duty Steering - Canada.

Mr. M. L. Rathi

Engineering from Cusrow Wadia Institute, Pune. He is also   graduate from ‘The Quality College’ Florida, U.S.A. He did his special training in the Power Transmission Products at Lovejoy Inc. U.S.A. and in Couplings from Bibby Company, U.K. He is a successful entrepreneur and has launched projects in the fields of power Transmission, engineering, finance etc.  He is an active member of Rotary Club of Pune since 1972.  His company, Rathi Transpower Pvt. Ltd., is the first power transmission company in India to secure ISO 9001 Certification in 1993.

Mr. Shridhar S. Kalmadi

Mr. Shridhar S. Kalmadi is the founder member and Managing Director of Sai Service Station Ltd. He has a D.E.E. degree. He is an Engineer with specialization in Automobiles. He is Technocrat behind the growth of Sai Service Station Ltd. He is involved in business activities since 1974 and his sound technical involvement throughout has made him an extremely competent technical expert. He has more than 31 years of experience in the industry.

Mr. Ajinkya Arun Firodia

Mr. Ajinkya Arun Firodia, aged 31, is Bachelor of Engineering & Economics from Brown University, USA. He worked with J. P. Morgan in New York for two years and joined Kinetic Group in 2003. At present he is holding the position of Managing Director in Kinetic Engineering Limited.

Dr. Hans Friedrich Collenberg

Dr. Hans F. Collenberg was born in 1959 in Gummersbach, Germany. He holds a Diploma in mechanical engineering from Technical University Munich and also a doctorate degree in engineering from the same University. He joined ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 1991 in the Corporate Research and Development Department in Friedrichshafen. From 1996 on he worked in the “Commercial  Vehicle and Special Driveline Technology Division”, first as design manager and later as head of product development for manual transmissions. Dr. Collenberg was from 2002-2006 “President Commercial Vehicle and Special Driveline Technology” in North America. From April 2006 to December 2008 he was Vice President and head of the world wide product development of the “Passenger Car Chassis Technology Division” (ZF Lemfoerder GmbH). Since January 2009 he is Executive Vice President of ZF Lenksysteme GmbH

Mr. Klaus Traeder

Mr. Klaus Traeder, 54, Alternate Director for Mr. Carl Magnus Backlund, holds degree in mechanical Engineering, design & development from Technical University of Munich, Germany. He has worked as Consultant Engineer and MAN Truck Company. He joined ZFLS in 1989, where he worked at Russia, Brasil and the US and held senior position as Managing Director of ZF Lenksysteme Hungaria. Presently he is Senior Manager 'Corporate Development' at ZF Lenksysteme Schwaebisch Gmuend. He is alternate director in ZF Lenksysteme India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Klaus Traeder does not any shares in ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd.

Mr. B. S. Iyer

Mr. B. S. Iyer, 59, holds Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Law and Management beside holding professional qualification in Company Secretary. He joined Motor Industries Company Ltd. (Now Bosch Ltd.), India in June 1992. He has also worked for Astra Zeneca Ltd, Hindustan Diamond Co. Ltd and Bank of India. Currently, he is resposbile for Corporate Legal Affairs for the Bosch Group in India in addition to Company Secretarial, Insurance and Corporate Travel for Bosch Ltd. He has been appointed as alternate Director for Dr.Hans Friedrich Collenberg- Direcotr in ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd. on May 26, 2009.
